Aaron is the Managing Director and founder of DeCapre. He has been dealing with various corporate exercises which cover the pre and postinvestment, fund raising, cross-border M&A, distressed M&A, business negotiation, restructuring, crisis management and business turnaround in various sectors in the region for 20 years. Prior to establish DeCapre, Aaron was with the advisory department of a big four accounting firm in China, after he worked with a global advisory firm, PRC and Hong Kong listed companies, and venture capital where he specialized in strategic investment, cross-border M&A, significant asset reorganization and restructuring across China, U.S., Europe and Southeast Asia. He started his career with a big four accounting firm in Malaysia. Aaron holds the MSc in Professional Accountancy awarded by University of London.

Kelvin has over 15 years of financial, risk management and compliance experiences across Southeast Asia. He has extensive expertise in all compliance and international standards related business experiences by serving various sizeable multi-national companies (MNCs) in the region. He started his professional career with KPMG Malaysia where his extensive financial and internal control skillsets has been empowering the top management of the multi-national companies (MNCs). Kelvin is currently leading the compliance, standards setting and ESG implementation for the mega projects in the region.

C.H. has over 15 years of legal practice experience and he heads the litigation department of this firm. He has extensive expertise in all aspects of law, including litigation, conveyancing, and corporate law. His main experience includes general litigation matters, general commercial contracts dispute and matrimonial disputes. He served various well-known financial institutions for both conventional banking and Islamic banking. He served with two reputable law firms in the region and Attorney General’s Chambers of Malaysia where he served as a Deputy Public Prosecutor. C.H. graduated with an external LLB (Hons) degree from the University of London and Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP).

Mona has amassed over 10 years of professional experience, specializing in private equity investment, cross-border transactions, restructuring, commercial and legal due diligence, and commercial disputes. She served with a global advisory firm where she was responsible for proposing and implementing solutions to a diverse client base, including international investment banks, private equity funds, offshore banks, multinational corporations, and governmental regulatory bodies across a range of industries. She has in-depth knowledge of PRC legal and commercial aspects, especially in cross-border investment and restructuring. Mona obtained an LLM degree in International Trade and Commercial Law from Durham University, an LLB degree from Jilin University and also a holder of the PRC Legal Professional Qualification.
